At PediVive, every order ships free.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and handed off to our shipping carrier. Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.
Estimated Delivery Times
The times below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the estimated window, please reach out to us at support@pedivive.com before contacting the carrier — we'll look into it for you.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system flags an address issue, our support team will reach out to verify your details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, email us at support@pedivive.com within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes after that window.
Delayed Delivery
We know your PediVive can't help you if it isn't in your hands so we take shipping seriously. That said, some delays are outside our control: severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or address verification issues can all add time to your delivery.
If your order is delayed for any reason on our end, we will contact you as soon as we know. PediVive is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but we will always keep you informed and do everything we can to help resolve any issues that come up.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, it leaves our physical control but it does not leave our attention. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if you believe your package may be lost or stolen, email us at support@pedivive.com and we will get involved immediately.
We recommend also contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a formal process for lost packages and may require information directly from you. PediVive will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout.
Please note that lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery fall outside our standard refund policy. However, we will always do everything we can to assist including a replacement where circumstances allow. If a package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report.

PediVive reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the most current version before placing an order. Continued purchase and use of PediVive products constitutes acceptance of this policy as it stands at the time of purchase.
