At PediVive, we recommend using your product for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. Most customers feel meaningful relief within the first few sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, your order will have already entered the processing phase and we may not be able to accommodate the request. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident PediVive works and we back that confidence with a full 60 days for you to experience it. We ask that you use the wrap for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return, as this is the time needed to experience the full benefit of consistent heat and vibration therapy.
If after 14 days you are still unsatisfied, you may return your order any time within the 60-day guarantee window for a full refund. Please note that original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
To start your return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@pedivive.com. Please include your Order Number, or the name and email address used to place your order, so we can get your return processed as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
Every PediVive order is packaged carefully to protect it in transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon delivery. External packaging that shows signs of transit handling — dented boxes, scuffs — with the product itself in good condition does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@pedivive.com with a clear photo of the damage and we will determine whether you qualify for a no-cost replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do everything in our power to get your order to you promptly. However, PediVive cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our fulfillment center.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address entered is accurate. If an error is identified after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Requests made after that window cannot be accommodated, and we are unable to offer a resend or refund for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the most current version of this policy before purchasing. Continued purchase and use of PediVive products constitutes acceptance of this policy as written at the time of purchase.
